Shipping & returns
We want your books and journals to arrive safely and feel right for you. Here’s what to expect.
Effective October 21, 2026. These terms apply to physical books and journals bought through our online shop.
Shipping your order
We currently ship to U.S. destinations supported at checkout. Standard shipping is $6.99 per order. International shipping is not currently available.
Wix checkout currently lists an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; processing time and carrier delays can affect arrival. Your final shipping charge and available delivery options appear before you pay. For an order needed by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
If an item cannot ship as expected, we’ll contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund. Email us if you need an update on an order.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Books and journals must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition. Please email us with your order number before mailing a return; we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. We recommend a service with tracking. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us as soon as possible with your order number and, where practical, a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return postage we request for that item.
Refunds and cancellations
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Need to cancel? Contact us promptly. If the order has not shipped, we can cancel it and refund the payment. Once it has shipped, the returns process applies.
