Is grief coaching the same as therapy? +

No. Grief coaching offers education, practical tools, and a safe space to process. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it doesn’t replace them. For clinical or medical concerns, seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.

Are sessions in person or online? +

Both. We serve Greater Houston in person and work with families and groups online wherever they are.

Can my church host a workshop? +

Yes. We offer a free 30-minute introductory workshop for churches, and we can build longer sessions, caregiver groups, or speaking events from there.

Do you offer reduced rates? +

A limited number of sliding-scale coaching spots are available each month, and caregiver groups can be sponsored by a church or hospice. Reach out and we’ll talk about what works.

What is the life insurance review? +

When it’s appropriate and you ask for it, we’ll walk through your coverage as part of legacy preparation. It’s free and offered separately, so your coaching is never tied to buying a policy.
