A place to be heard

You don’t have to navigate grief alone.

Grief Coaching & Caregiver Support

Grief can touch your routines, relationships, and sense of what comes next. Huff Legacy Solutions offers compassionate grief coaching and caregiver encouragement with space for your experience, your questions, and your pace.

Support for what you’re carrying

You may be grieving someone you love, caring for a family member, or trying to find words for a difficult season. Rachelle brings her nursing background, including hospice and end-of-life care, to conversations that combine listening, encouragement, and practical tools.

Grief coaching

A supportive conversation about your loss, your feelings, and the challenges showing up in daily life. You do not need to have a clear plan before reaching out.

Caregiver encouragement

Space to talk about caring for someone else while recognizing your own emotional needs. Caregivers are welcome to inquire about support for themselves.

Reflection and remembrance

Explore ways to honor memories and express what you are carrying. Rachelle’s grief journal is another resource for personal reflection between conversations.

You can begin with a few simple words

“I don’t know where to start” is enough. We’ll begin by listening—whether you’re missing someone, caring for a loved one, or simply feeling overwhelmed. Your free 30-minute discovery call is a chance to meet Rachelle and see what support feels right.

Questions about grief coaching & support

Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about?

No. Come as you are, even if finding the words feels hard. Rachelle will help you begin the conversation, one question at a time.

Can I ask about support if I live outside Houston?

Yes. Whether you’re nearby or far from Houston, you’re welcome here. Share your time zone and we’ll explore a way to connect.

Is this the same as therapy?

Grief coaching gives you space to be heard and support for everyday life after loss. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you need clinical care, a licensed mental health professional can help alongside this support.

Is there a resource for grieving a father?

Rachelle’s From the Eyes of a Daddy’s Girl is a 30-day grief journal for women navigating the loss of their father. The Resources page explains the journal and links to its purchase page.

You can start wherever you are.
