Meet Rachelle

A Nurse, Grief Coach, Legacy Planner, Speaker, Author, Wife, and Mother whose work is rooted in compassion, service, and purpose. With over 20 years of experience in nursing, including hospice and end-of-life care, she has spent her career walking alongside individuals and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives offering not just care, but presence, understanding, and guidance.

She is deeply passionate about speaking on grief and loss, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying. Rachelle gently walks families through the death process with dignity and care, while also helping them prepare for the future through legacy and final wishes planning so that in moments of loss, families are met with clarity instead of confusion, and peace instead of pressure.

Her impact and dedication have been recognized through the Healthcare Champion Award and being named an Influential Woman of 2024. She has been featured in the Houston Chronicle e-edition and Life180 Magazine, and has been given opportunities to speak on multiple platforms, sharing her message of healing, preparation, and purpose.

Through Huff Legacy Solutions, she supports grieving individuals and caregivers who often carry so much for others while quietly navigating their own emotions. Her work blends heartfelt support with practical preparation, meeting people where they are while helping them take meaningful steps forward. Rachelle believes that preparation is love in action and that even in life’s hardest moments, no one should have to feel alone.
